Located along the coast of Georgia between Brunswick and Savannah, and within easy driving distance of Jacksonville, is a world-class hunting and fishing destination. 4M Plantation encompasses 1,500 acres of pristine coastal land. Virtually untouched by civilization, the land and its unique ecosystems have been preserved for those who love nature and outdoor adventure.

Refuge Lodge

After a day in the great outdoors, you will welcome the comforts of our Refuge Lodge. Offering spectacular views of tidal rivers and salt marshes, this spacious facility is the meeting and entertainment center at 4M Plantation. Guests are welcome to use the Plantation for conferences and retreats, just as families are encouraged to use it for reunions or other special events. A swimming pool that looks out over the South Newport River. The Lodge is located on the northeastern portion of the property overlooking the marshes of the South Newport River and consists of three levels encompassing approximately 5,000 square feet of heated area.

The main level in the Lodge features a commercial kitchen, wrap around porches, fireplace, bar, large dining area, extensively decorated game room, two powder rooms, gun cabinets and poker playing area.

The second floor in the Lodge includes an Owner’s suite, Mother-In-Law Room, and business center. A bathroom was added to the second floor in 2013.

Additional storage space, staff offices, locker rooms and freezers are located on the ground floor beneath the Lodge. The Refuge lodge and cabins can easily accommodate 46 guests with a fully stocked kitchen and dining area to serve meals after the hunt is over. The Lodge is situated on the marsh overlooking the South Newport River with extensive views across the marsh from the wrap around porches.

Guest Cabins

Three guest cabins are located adjacent to the Refuge Lodge and feature “low country” style architecture and have numerous amenities to include:

• Four Bedrooms and Four Baths in Each Cabin

• Fully Furnished with Kitchentte and Washer & Dryer

• Screened Porches overlooking the South Newport River

The guest cabins were recently constructed in 2004 and make excellent guest houses. Each cabin can comfortably accommodate up to twelve guests.

4M Dock

The new dock, which was built on the Julienton River, has two hoists for jet skis and one for boats up to 28 foot long and has a floating dock
